‘What’s it all about, Alfie…?’

This will be an investigation into the various guises that Bill Naughton’s Alfie has taken.

Involving film, radio and play extracts, it will focus on comparing and contrasting the different forms. Bill’s widow, Erna Naughton, will also provide an insight into the playwright's work.
